Shipping Policy
At Seek-Meek we offer free shipping on all orders above R650.
Orders will be shipped as soon as they are processed. Processing includes verification of payments as well as addresses submitted by customers. We make use of door-to-door courier services, The Courier Guy to facilitate swift and direct delivery in South Africa and internationally.
Delivery Times
- Standard delivery as per our courier partners is from Monday – Friday
- Orders around Johannesburg a generally quicker and can be delivered in 2-3 working days
- Orders to outer-lying areas or national areas can be delivered in 2-7 working days

- Seek-Meek makes use of The Courier Guy to handle any deliveries within South Africa
- We ship internationally via Postnet and costs are based on their international shipping rates
- Any orders in South Africa above R1200 will be shipped free of charge.
- Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be
- Shipping rates are non-refundable
Collections
- You are also welcome to collect your order from our business premises in Centurion, PTA – Kindly ensure that you click the “Collect “option at checkout. Once your order has been processed and is ready for collection, we will contact you.

Bank Deposits and EFT Payments: Kindly note that the processing of orders will only be placed once payment has cleared on our side. Once the order has been sent out for delivery, we will communicate this with the customer.
Important Notice
In the event that you have received your order at the prescribed time, kindly email us/ send us a message on Instagram to inform us within 14 days. Failure to do this in writing within the stipulated time will be considered by Us considered to have been waived and lapsed.
