REFUND POLICY

We take pleasure in offering our customers quality jewellery and accessories and ensuring that all items are quality checked. However, we acknowledge that things won’t always go as planned where there may be faults, we’re unaware of. As a result, we have implemented the following policy to ensure a seamless and hassle-free exchange, subject to the following requirements:

Exchanges & Returns

  • The product/s received are damaged.
  • Doesn’t match your order (the wrong item – this will be verified with the order placed by the customer)
  • The jewellery is unworn.
  • Sale items are final unless found to be  faulty  
  • All original packaging must be included

    Customers can email us at orders@seekmeek.com  or send us a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange for an exchange. Kindly note only full-priced items have this option at their disposal. Items purchased on sale are final unless found to be defective. 

Return of Faulty Items

  • Kindly keep in mind that regular wear and tear is not considered a fault.

  • Items will not be replaced if the plating discolours or fades as a result of regular wear and tear as well as exposure to fragrances, moisturizers, and body heat over time.
  • For hygiene purposes, earrings may not be returned or exchanged UNLESS faulty.
  • All shipment/postage fees for undamaged merchandise are the customers responsibility.
  • The item will be evaluated for flaws upon return.
  • We reserve theright to refuse an exchange or reimbursement if the damaged item returned does not meet our return policy standards and care instructions were not followed.

    If the above requirements are met, kindly email us or send us a direct message on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Kindly include a clear unpacking video or photo of the received item, as well as the reason for the exchange.

Order Cancellation

  • In the event that you wish  to cancel your order, kindly email us as soon as possible, however, please note that this does not in any way guarantee a cancellation. Cancellation can only be ensured if the order has not been shipped. In this case, we will cancel and refund you.
