When jewellery is not worn, kindly keep it in a closed box or bag with the air squeezed out to prevent oxidation.
- When exercising or engaging in any sports, remove the jewellery.
- Clean with soft dry, velvet-like fabric by gently rubbing the product.

All our fashion jewellery will tarnish over time. If this happens immediately, it could be caused by metal-to-skin oil contact. Depending on the individual’s oils, each metal may react differently. Sadly, we have no control over how metal may damage your skin.

Fashion Jewellery is not refundable when it tarnishes as it’s a costume product and they are not for long-term wearing. For this reason, we sell all our fashion jewellery at very affordable prices, and we do not offer any refund for tarnished items.
